| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from Europe or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to Euros or your own currency. We accept Visa, Mastercard, visa Debit, Visa Electron, Switch, Solo, Maestro and JCB. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. Giftbagz abides to Distance Selling Regulations 2001 When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
| Shipping And Handling Carriage will be charged at standard rate of £4.95 on all orders under £55.00. Any single orders exceeding this amount will be offered free delivery. Similarly, orders within fifteen miles of Andover will not be subject to delivery costs. Any discrepancies must be made within 7 days of delivery. |
| Delivery Schedule We aim to send items out via Royal Mail or similar within 5 working days of your order although special arrangements can be made should you require an urgent delivery, although it may be subject to an additional cost. |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |
| Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 15% VAT is included. All other orders are VAT free. |

| Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. Returns and refunds given to non-opened items within 14 days. Giftbagz will not be liable for the price of returns delivery or original delivery and postage costs, even in the unlikely event of faulty items. Most items are not suitable for under 3's. Giftbagz will not be liable to any damage or accidents occurring whilst using items sold by Giftbagz including damage to furniture, persons, animals or upholstery. Pregnant women should refrain from the use of any aromatherapy products unless advised otherwise from relevant medical practitioner or qualified aroma therapist. All instructions received with gifts should be followed and Giftbagz will not accept any liability for items used alternatively to manufacturers instructions. Please refer to manufacturers guidelines on all toys and gifts where all ages are concerned and remember that all toys should be used with adult supervision. Giftbagz cannot accept any liability for photos that are not developed due to processing difficulties in the wedding/ celebration bags. In the unlikely event of Giftbagz cameras being faulty, a refund of these will be given, but no claims can be made against Giftbagz for the loss of memories or suchlike. Never leave a lit candle or incense stick unsupervised and remember to keep such products out of the way of children. Giftbagz cannot accept liability for any individual allergic reactions to products. All products sold are suitable for sensitive skins and have undergone relevant testings although as with all skin products, due consideration should be given.
